  1. can’t connect to network due to uncalled for security pop up

For the past week I haven’t been able to connect to my university’s wi-fi network, even though at home I’m having no problems. whenever I try to connect to my university’s wi-fi, my computer asks for a username and password for a security sign in. I’ve tried to sign in with the phone number and password associated with my computer, and it told me it was wrong. I even changed my password to make extra sure I wasn’t getting it wrong, it still won’t let me in. Now in the past couple of days, when I try to connect and type in the security prompt, it seemingly never loads and nothing ever appears w

  2. Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

    2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

    3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

    4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

I Hope you solve out your query soon.

Windows Security sign in pop up

Since you are still getting this pop up window, the next suggestion we have is to reset the network. Kindly refer to the steps below:

    • Click on Start.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Network & Internet.
    • On the Status tab, click on Network reset.

Doing this will make Windows forget the connection credentials and other networking components. You may have to re-enter you WiFi credentials if you will attempt to connect to your home network.

    Let us know the results.
