Windows 10: Can't connect to the internet on one PC

I have two PC's a Roku TV and two android phones. One of the PC's is not connecting to the Internet although it loks like it is not connecting to the router either. The WIFI symbol indicates a connection with the Yellow triangle, however the router is not showing up on the Networks section of the File Manager. In addition, the Network Connection details has no IPv6 Default Gateway, the IPv6 DNS Servers are populated with the value fec0 0 ffff 1% 1 with the 1% changing to 2% and 3%. Furthermore, there are no entries listed for IPv4 Servers.


I have used two different WIFI Dongles and get the same results and I have done all the obvious things I can think of i.e. restart router, re-add the network connection, etc. It seems like a either a Windows internal problem or maybe a hardware issue. Any ideas?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key + X Key, select
  Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
