Windows 10: can't connect to this network

I have a problem when connecting to my WIFI when I try to connect it tells me after waiting for sometimes when it says "checking network requirements" "can't connect to this network"





everyone in my family uses the wifi without any problem except me I tried everything from reseting the network to updating the driver to disabling the IPv6 everything I don't know what to do really I need help

I had this problem for weeks and I have been trying to solve it.

I'm really tired and frustrated and the most ironic thing that I can't connect to the my router but when I share the wifi from my phone it gets connected, I don't know why I'm having this problem, please I need help.




by the way I tried some commands in the CMD to fix the issue and here they are:

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns​

when I type the second command which is "ipconfig /release" I get this

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.
