Windows 10: Can’t connect to WiFi or Bluetooth

For some reason my laptop won’t connect to my WiFi at all. When I view the Network & Internet settings there is only an option to connect via Ethernet. Every other device I have is connected to the WiFi fine but still I restarted the modem and to no avail. I then tried to connect to my phones hotspot and that’s when I noticed that for some reason I also couldn’t turn on Bluetooth on my laptop either. Sorry it did not work... yep it is a nice tool and has a small footprint.

I am leaning with the few previous posts and thinking the WiFi card is dead, dying, or, you may want to try reseating the card, if possible.
Also, if the card is a WiFi card with Bluetooth, you might want to see if the Bluetooth is working and try the wifi after disabling the Bluetooth.

 

The wifi and bluetooth connections are not popping up.

I tried the steps that suggested by you, but didnt worked. Still wifi nd bluetooth not working. Please understand.
