Windows 10: cant connect to wifi with High Performance mode

Hi, My name is Daniel and i am having a problem with my wifi connection, it seems when i go to switch my power plan to High Performance and close the lid the wifi seems to disconnects itself and i cant re-connect can anyone help me with this issue? also, it seems to work when its not plugged in but i made it so that it does nothing when its either plugged in or not so please help.

High Performance Mode icon dissapeared

Last Sunday i've updated my Windows 10 and i lost my high performance mode icon in the toolbar hidden icon it was a yellow plane like icon and the icon is not airplane mode. some suggestion where it might be gone?

High performance power mode
