Windows 10: Can't connect to Xbox party chat or xbox support site, but no errors in 'xbox networking'

I've been having random issues the past couple days, today I couldn't connect at all. Had Teredo issues to start the night, I resolved them, now I have an open NAT type and connect to the server fine. However I can't do any party chat and now for some reason no xbox support sites open on my PC. They open on wifi on my phone, but zero support sites open on PC.

I have an eero, and I've even disabled the security features and tried to connect then... nothing.

Any ideas?

Xbox one party chat

If you can't switch from in-game chat to party chat on your Xbox One console, it may indicate that there's a problem with the Xbox Live service or your network connection.

Xbox networking

I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.

Please check if your system is on its latest windows update. Windows version that are not supported will have issues with Xbox connectivity.

Check for any updates to the Xbox app itself.

Follow the steps listed in this official guide for Xbox gaming in windows 10 by Microsoft especially regarding windows firewall options for teredo and the workaround for the listed third party security programs
