Windows 10: Can't continue after pressing the "get" button when trying to exit s mode

When I try to exit s mode, it doesn't work after I press the "get" button. the only thing I see is "To continue, enter an admin username and password" and the only thing I see is 2 buttons to press- more info, and the no button. I don't see any space to fill out the admin username and password or anything like that. It also says to get my windows license.Anyone tell me what to do so I can get out of s mode?

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

After I was forced to update on 4/27, my computer will not let me exit Safe Mode.

• Which KB update was installed on your computer?
• What happens when you try to exit from safe mode?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to follow the steps to come out of Safe mode as below and check if it helps.

• Log in to safe mode.
• Press "Windows" + "R" key.
• Type "msconfig" and select "Boot" tab.
• Uncheck "Safe boot" and select "OK".
• Now restart your device. Your device will boot in normal boot.
