Windows 10: Can't copy and paste

I can copy and paste into some non Microsoft applications like WeChat, but not from the web to an Outlook email, for example. What could it be? Is the clipboard date limit full?Any advice how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.Stephen Hoare-Vance
