Windows 10: Can't copy files to USB drive because of encryption on unencrypted usb drive

Hi @ all,i set up a new device with a barely configured intune tenant.Now i wanted to copy some files from this client to an usb drive but win10 always tells me it's encrypted while it is not.This prevents me from copying files.Win10 version is 20h2.Someone already heard of this issue or has a solution for this at best?Thanks in advance and stay healthy

EFS on USB-drive by default

Hello,

I use EFS to encrypt specific folders on my computer. When I copy a file to a USB drive, the file remains encrypted.

However, when I save a file directly to a USB drive, the file is obviously unencrypted. Can I enforce encryption of all files and folders on a USB drive using EFS?

Encrypted USB thumb drive is blocked by Windows Defender

I have Kingston Data Traveler encrypted USB thumb drive and it is blocked by
Windows Defender. I enter the passcode, then the
thumb drive create a different unencrypted drive but then a see a pop-up>>Please insert a disk into USB drive>> - the new drive is
inaccessible.

When Windows defender is turned off, the issue will not appear.
