Windows 10: Can't create microsoft account, work or school account is not able...

When I try to create a microsoft account the error is "You can't sing up here with a work or school email address. Use a personal email...."

Windows 8 with 2 Microsoft accounts?

Yea, I would create a local account and just use your school account to login to Outlook and Onedrive.

Here switch between local and microsoft account.

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."
