Windows 10: Can't create new folders in Windows 10

Hiya,So as the title suggests, I can't create new folders. This isn't specific to any drive, it's literally everywhere on every drive. All I can do is create a shortcut, bitmap image, rich text document and a text document. This happened after an update but I don't know which one. I have tried uninstalling several of the most recent updates that were installed on my system but that didn't change anything. I've tried the usual performance settings and set the "adjust for best performance of" to programs as it already was by default. The page file was already managed by the system, but changi

• A new folder should be created.

• Hover your mouse on the location where you want to create a new folder.
