    Can't create new pin after swapping CPU


    At the startup screen I get the prompt "your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again." And when I click on it, it brings up a small microsoft login window but I can't input anything. I've tried the onscreen keyboard, swapping USB slots, a different keyboard, turning off sticky keys and filter keys but nothing allows input.
