    I am trying to backup my files on my C drive to an external hard disk see disk management screenshot belowBut when I create a system image, I get the following error:This doesn't make sense to me. I only have about 500 GB of files on my C drive, and my external hard disk has 2 TB free.I have done the following:Installed the drivers for the hard drive hard drive works fine for transferring files and is recognized appropriately in Device ManagerFormatting the external hard driveRun 'chkdsk' in Terminal on C and D drives I get that 'Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems'
