Windows 10: can't create window glfw error #65542 when i try opening dragon city

can't create window glfw error #65542 it keep say this when i open dragon city i deleted and reinstalled dragon city it dident work i tried a youtube video it dident work it have a windows 10 pro i have a IntelR CoreTM i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz iv been using it for 2 years now

does anyone know how to fix this I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java, Minecraft and update my drivers.
