Windows 10: Can't Crossplay between Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10 and PS4

I just got minecraft to play with my boyfriend and we spent two hours trying to get into each other's games. It would show signs like "Unable to Connect" or "Loading Server" and it would crash. When we finally got on the game, as soon as are characters were in 100 chunks of each other, his PS4 minecraft game would freeze. I spent $30 to play a game, I cannot play. What can I do so we can actually play together?

Is there a way to have my PS4 Minecraft Bedrock world available to play on PC Minecraft Bedrock?

Seeing as realms isnt a thing yet for PS4 minecraft bedrock, I was wondering if there was a way to put a world I have on PS4 bedrock onto my PC so I can play it on my PC.

Hello everyone,

I purchased minecraft windows 10 version for my Dell laptop because my friends play it on ps4 and I saw about the crossplay ability. However, once I downloaded the game and signed into my Microsoft account on my PC I cannot see or join their world. I went
to the add friends Gamertag option and entered the host's name and saw an account pop up so I added it. However, I am still not seeing his world pop up.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

if I own Minecraft on ps4 then does that mean I can use that account to play Minecraft on pc because Minecraft ps4 has bedrock edition now
