Windows 10: cant customize quick actions

i want to customize my quick actions with deleting some of them but there is no pen icon or an customize icon this happened to me after the update 24H2 please help

• Just toggle the On/Off button on all quick actions.

update about Quick Access not responding

ActionCenter: No Quick Actions as Domain-User with a custom Default User-Profile

This could be an issue with the custom user profile set up. You may want to reset the quick actions to their default settings and check if it works.



Note:

Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry
if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer to this
link.

• Press ‘Windows + R’ keys on the keyboard together to open the Run dialog box and type the following into the Run box:
  REGEDIT
  
• Navigate to the following registry key:
  
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Quick Actions\Pinned
  
• On the right pane, set all the values to an empty string.
  
• Exit REGEDIT, sign out and sign in now to see if the issue persists.
