    Hi there.I have an issue with 7z encrypted files. After making an external backup of 7z encrypted files and formatting my PC with Win 10, I installed the App Bandizip again with which I used always to encrypt and decrypt my files. But now when I try to open, extract or even move those 7z files I get the error message that the access is denied, error code: 5. I know the password I used for those files and I am entering this password correctly but I still get this error message and I find no way to access my data.Reinstalling the App Bandizip didn't help. I already contacted the developer of the
