    Can't defrag Windows 7. Message says: "Disk Defragmenter is currently using customized settings created by another program. Before you can modify the schedule you must remove the customized settings" BUT when I click on "REMOVE SETTINGS" under the message NOTHING HAPPENS

    Windows Defrag

    When running defrag, there is a drive listing for Windows RE Tools. It shows as a solid state drive and that it has never been defragged. It will not optimize. Clicking on it does nothing. Any suggestions?

    Defragging On Windows 7

    My 650GB hard drive was "32% fragmented" according to the Windows 7 defragger. It took about 25 minutes total to finish defragging it. As for the "passes" I mentioned in my first post, there were 7. I wonder if thats a coincidence since its Windows 7.
