in Windows 10 Drivers and HardwareCan't uninstall file that isn't even there!: I downloaded a file to an external hard drive, but I lost the hard drive. The file still appears when I go to "add or remove programs", but it doesn't uninstall. The file still acts like a file, but without the ability to be found or executed....
