Windows 10: Cant delete a PUM / regedit virus

Discus and support Cant delete a PUM / regedit virus in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; when i tried to delete it with malwarebytes it kept saying it was succesful but the file kept popping back up on, so i tried deleting it using regedit...     Cant delete a PUM / regedit virus


    when i tried to delete it with malwarebytes it kept saying it was succesful but the file kept popping back up on, so i tried deleting it using regedit didnt have permission to do anything with that, i tried to delete it in safeboot mode and it stopped popping up, but when i turned off safeboot mode it started appearing again. i have tried malwarebytes, adwcleaner and rkill and nothing helpsthe thing is called PUM.Optional.MSExclusionplease help im here doing this trying everything for like 2 hours now, if need more information ill provide them. just tell me what

    a virus made my regedit, taskmanager, etc. delete so i deleted the virus but it still tries...: when the virus tries to run itself even though command prompt is deleted, it gets annoying because it opens command prompt and says "start chrome.exe" which is a virus and even though i deleted the virus with malware bytes, it still keeps opening that.
