Windows 10: Cant delete a PUM / regedit virus

when i tried to delete it with malwarebytes it kept saying it was succesful but the file kept popping back up on, so i tried deleting it using regedit didnt have permission to do anything with that, i tried to delete it in safeboot mode and it stopped popping up, but when i turned off safeboot mode it started appearing again. i have tried malwarebytes, adwcleaner and rkill and nothing helpsthe thing is called PUM.Optional.MSExclusionplease help im here doing this trying everything for like 2 hours now, if need more information ill provide them. just tell me what

any step by step guide?

i did this that you posted and deleted after and it worked:
psexec -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe

but the problem is still there *Frown

 

Regedit Crash

Hello,
Once I have installed "Audiograbber", not knowing about the ripping ability of win 10 media player. So I looked into the installed programs to uninstall it, it was not in the list, even CCleaner did not list it.
Then I opened the windows 'all apps', found the program and there was also a line to uninstall it. Uninstalled it, then opened the "regedit' to remove all traces, it found 3, to be safe I 'exported - saved' them then deleted. Clicked on F3 to continue the search, after a long while nothing found, so I clicked on the 'cancel' and got a notice that 'regedit' stopped working and restarting (regedit). Such crashes I noticed on some other ocasions. Ran virus chk. ran malware program chk - all is clean.
Is something wrong with this regedit ? system works fine.
Any help about this ?

How about psexec -i -d -s \\192.XXX.XXX.X c:\windows\regedit.exe? *Smile
(type in IP or network name of the laptop)
