Windows 10: Cant delete an unspecified bluetooth device

I have a logitech k380 keyboard connected via bluetooth to my dell 7480 laptop. Windows 10 Pro. Hadn't used for a while, tried to pair. First, the devices had it as a known device, but wouldn't pair. After sorting thru many searches, I deleted it from the registry and deleted it in device manager -> hidden devices->bluetooth ->Now I don't see it anywhere in the device manager, butin Control Panel, devices and printers, it shows up as an unspecified device "Multi-device Keyboard k380" Somewhere, something knows about it.Right clicking -> remove device fails.I refreshed the bl

Bluetooth Unspecified

when i go to control panel and device and printer, there is bluetooth device in the list of unspecified devices.

also my bluetooth device is unable to find any other device and can not find any other device to pair them to the pc.

and i really dont know why...!

is here any one to have the same problem!

How can I get Windows 10 to recognize an Unspecified Device as a Printer?

I have installed a DYMO printer, but it is not listed as a printer but only as an Unspecified Device. How can I get Windows 10 to recognize an Unspecified Device as a Printer? All printer troubleshooting steps require it to be listed as a Printer, and
all Help solutions assume that it can be recognized as a printer.

 

Bluetooth Headset shows up as unspecified device

I had a similar problem with my B&O H7 Headphones. They were already paired with my phone but I had switched bluetooth off on the phone and turned the headphones off/on before connecting them to my laptop. They came up as unspecified. In the case of the
H7 headphones the missing step was to put them back into full pairing mode - slide to bluetooth symbol for > 2 seconds. Once I did this they showed up as a proper audio device.
