    Can't delete folder on NAS


    Hello,

    I have a WDMyCloud NAS drive for some time now, and all was fine until a few weeks ago when I upgraded my PC to Windows 10. Since then the same problem happened twice: a folder on it becomes read only, so it is impossible to create sub folders or delete them. I can delete all the files in that tree, but the folders, even when empty, van't be deleted. I checked the attributes of those folders and they are marked as read-only, but so are other folders that behave normally. Any idea as to how to remove them and why the are locked in the first place?

    Cant Delete GlobalCatalog

    The file is in a folder I created on the NAS drive to put backups in. So, my thinking is if I created the folder I should be able to delete it. Am I wrong?

    Can't delete file. File is no longer located in "File path". Verify file.

    I wanted to archive folder with winrar hehped, called achive "Tut net namekov na...". Was created file with this name, but file type is "File (.)". When I want to delete it, it show "Can't delete file. File is no longer located in "File path". Verify file."
    Different unlocker programs can't find this file to delete it.
