Windows 10: Can't delete Gears 4 folder Microsoft.SpartaUWP_14.4.0.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

I'm trying to delete the Microsoft.SpartaUWP_14.4.0.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe folder from the WindowsApp folder on my drive. How to delete folder with Gears of War 4 (130 GB) after unintall ?

Hello ! I uninstalled Gears of War 4 in MS Store today and noticed that it did not removed folder and files with this game. There is folder in program files/windowsapp/Microsoft.SpartaUWP_12.4.1.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe that is 130 GB large and I cannot delete
it. I tried safety mode, even Ubuntu boot usb and folder is locked and cannot be deleted.
