Windows 10: Can't delete malware file - readonly

Hi,

my laptop has malware on it. it's blocked and isn't doing anything but every time the scanner runs, it flags it. The file is in c:\$Recycle.bin\s-{random SID}

the file is set to read-only. I can't make it not read-only. I tried running cmd as administrator and enter attrib -R filename and get access denied because i don't own it since it was created with a random SID. Short of a complete reinstall, is there anything at all I can do to make the file not read-only and/or delete it? i'm running windows 10 pro.

I think that's a ransomware called PClock...

deleting hard drive files

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
  
• Choose the files to delete
  
• Click on "Clean up system files"
  
• Click on Ok
