Windows 10: Cant Delete or save files on windows 10

Hi everyone


I have a very annoying problem. I cant save files or configuration of any type. I cant install or uninstall programs or even windows updates. I cant delete any data. After i restart my computer everything goes to it's old state. I guess my pc is infected but i havent find any useful information about this problem. Have you ever ear about this problem before?


I have tried deacativating windows defender, create new user , install another antivirus program i have run the windows defender many times and non of this things matter becauser everythime i restar my computer everything is back at its old state. I also tried to format my hard drive from other computer but it does not work either.

Saving and deleting files

I suspect you have some agent that interferes with the normal operation of Windows. Please try this to find out:

• Press Shift+Restart to start Windows in Safe Mode.
• Modify some file, then save it.
  
  Delete some file.
• Press Shift+Restart to start Windows in Safe Mode.
• Check if the actions from Step 2 persist.

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....
