Windows 10: Can't delete profile on Windows 10

There is a second user on my computer that I do not wish to be there. I've checked in Settings>Accounts>Other Users but the only user that shows up is my main administrator profile. I even used Command Prompt to check how many users there were but I couldn't find it. The user still shows up and can be logged into from the Lock Screen menu. What do I do/how do I delete it?Thanks in advance for any replies.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
