Windows 10: Can't detect servers and random internet give outs

I am an avid gamer. recently I've switched internet providers. I have been given their "excellent" modem.

Issue is, I can no longer detect servers and sometimes i randomly have moments of no internet. my internet provider says its supposed to be 25KB/s but that seems to be very far from the case. does anyone know what to do? I have reset my host files, uninstalled all my anti-viruses, and even uninstalled steam. None of which have worked. Does anyone know the problem?

windows 10 refuse to automatically detect proxy

Hey!!! I'll be very happy if someone can help me. This is my problem

Windows (windows edge) refuse to auto-detect the proxy and then Internet does work on all the product relative to windows edge (internet explorer, window store, windows update etc.).

For more explanation, one day, my computer refuse to connect and give me the message "Can’t connect to the proxy server". But, I installed Firefox navigator and in its settings, i have set to auto-detect the proxy server and internet work perfectly
in firefox. I have also try to do the same with windows edge by doing this

"For Internet Explorer Options - Connections tab - LAN Settings - "Automatically detect settings" is On (checked) and "
Use a proxy server for your LAN" of Off (unchecked)"

After clicking "Ok", when I return, the "Automatically detect settings" is Off (unchecked) and "
Use a proxy server for your LAN" of On (checked)". I tried it several times but it refuse.

How can I resolve this problem?

You need to change the lease time on the router to 7 days its set to 3 hours so it can drop as it renews
set your dns to 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220

stop this running and remove it it can kill your network

What about my TV? it's one of those that can uses stuff like Netflix and Youtube(my Gma lives with me and constantly uses it). Also the test results are : Ping 20ms, DLS: 23.62Mbps, and UPS:3.13Mbps.
