Windows 10: Cant disable bitlocker and i am logged out of windows

I have tried almost everything from articals or blogs or videos but nothing seems to workout. i think my laptop went into safe mode and now it is not opening with correct password and if i press forgot password it says explorer.exe system error.I searched to fix this for many hours but nothing is working 1. I tried to disable secure boot didnt work, 2. I dont have bitlocker key in any of my accounts but it shows id i dont know where this key must be , 3. I tried to use some commands like manage bde in command prompt didnt worked , 4. I reset secure boot key but no luck, 5. I couldnt find any T

How to disable Bitlocker?

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

1. Press Windows key + X and click on
Control Panel.

2. Change View by from Category
to Large Icons/Small Icons.

3. Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
Turn BitLocker Off.

4. Follow on screen instructions. Click on
Decrypt the Drive when the message appears.

Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.
