Windows 10: Can't disable keyboard on my laptop

My laptop's keyboard is failing and I want to use an external one on top of it, so I want to completely disable my integrated keyboard. I looked for the driver in the device manager but I can't disable it, so I tried uninstalling it, now the problem is this: it says that I need to reboot my computer to save changes but when I do that Windows automtically installs the driver again and it's annoying. Then I tried to install another driver, like a japanesse one so due to lack of compatibility it would end up being disabled as well, again it asked me to reboot my computer and the same thing happened, it installed the driver again. I don't understand why they ask you to reboot the computer to save changes when it's the "reboot" that installs the other driver again.

By the way I already selected "No" on the Device Installation Settings, and I also tried disabling the "Windows Update" service.

I need to know if there's at least a way to change my driver without rebooting my computer, because I changed my audio driver without rebooting and now it's working perfectly fine and it doesn't update automatically after rebooting.

Please help I'm desperate, I already looked for a solution in a ton of websites and none of them works.

Disabling laptop keyboard

As per the description. Let me help you in resolving the issue.

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if that helps:

• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
• Find Keyboards in the list of devices and click the arrow to expand it.
  
• Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable. If there is no Disable option listed, click
  Uninstall.
• Click File>Exit. Your laptop’s internal keyboard should now be disabled.

Note: If you had to choose Uninstall instead of Disable in step 4, the keyboard will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason. If that happens you’ll need to repeat this procedure
in order to uninstall it again.

Disabling laptop keyboard

I'm not understanding this. I had to uninstall and my keyboard is still not disabled. I'm having to use an external just to be able to type bc if I don't my laptop thinks i'm pressing "t" constantly and some of the other keys such as "I" and "O" and "U" are
funky too. Can you please go into a more detailed description of what you mean here?

1. Press Windows + X and select Device Manager from the list.

3.Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable.

5. Click on Yes in the resulting dialog box to confirm the action and disable the laptop’s built-in keyboard.

6. If you don’t see a Disable option in the resulting context menu, you will see an Uninstall option, and you can click on that to uninstall the drivers for the built-in keyboard instead of simply disabling it.

Take Note:

Windows 10 might automatically update the drivers after detecting the keyboard. If that happens, you will have to make your way back to the Device Manager and uninstall the drivers for the laptop’s built-in keyboard once again.
