Windows 10: can't disable safe mode on bootup or log in to my account

I can't access my Windows 10 account because I accidently turned on safemode on bootup in msconfig and now I can't fix it because using a pin for log in is unavailable in safe mode and there's no option for using the password I do know the password, so i'm stuck on the log in screen.I've already tried to do the "bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot" command and activating the hidden Administrator account, both in in administrator command prompt. Neither of those worked. Activating the hidden Administrator account did work, but it didn't show up at the log in screen. I can't do Win + R

Auto logging into disabled account Windows 10

I was able to fix this by doing the following:

• Boot up the computer, then kill the power after startup is complete.
• Do step #1 again. (Two crashes within two minutes after startup will cause Windows to boot into Safe Mode automatically.)
• You will be forcibly logged in to Safe Mode with the Administrator account.
• Enable the Administrator account, and setup your normal account as needed.
• Restart again, you will auto login as the Administrator account (which has now been enabled).
• Log out of the Admin account, and log in with the normal account.
• Disable the default Administrator account once again.

 

Password not accepted in Safe mode

Have you tried all the above steps suggested by Sangeeta Sarkar on September 13, 2015.

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you trying to login the Microsoft account or the Local account in safe mode?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.

Safe Mode log in

PIN password option on safe mode is not enabled. You will only be allowed to use a password to access your computer in safe mode. To assist you better, kindly answer these questions below:

• Are you referring to a local user account or a Microsoft account?
  
  Is your computer connected to the network via WiFi or through an Ethernet cable?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this
  link that was provided by Yashwanth Kotakuri on March 19, 2016?
