Windows 10: Can't disconnect old mobile phone in Phone Link

My old phone is long gone but it keeps showing up in Phone Link on my laptop. Dell running Win 11. My new phone is connected just fine. But when I select my old phone S22, rather than give me an option to remove it, it keeps searching for it. Then it tells me it's offline. Yes it's offline. I no longer own it. I can find nothing anywhere that will allow me to remove the S22.

Just Note before buying... Phones from China only work with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Others except Verizon and Sprint

 

[WTB]   Looking for a T-mobile compat. phone

the kid is wanting a t-mobile branded phone to use with the prepaid service so Im looking for a phone. She is wanting a razr style phone but any phone that isn't one of the basic motorola or nokia phones might do the trick.

If you have something please post me a link or the exact model so I can check it out.

Please try and be sure the phone will possibly work with prepaid sim cards.

Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
