    Can't do an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 22H2 0xC1900101 - 0x30018, FIRST_BOOT,...


    When doing an in-place upgrade/repair of Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 10 22H2 at around 48% the install process stops and computer shuts down, after powering on, it reverts back to previous version, and this screen is seen after booting up:0xC1900101 - 0x30018FIRST_BOOT, SYSPREP_SPECIALIZEI've tried everything with no luck. SFC, DISM, uninstalled various programs malwarebytes firewall, simplewall and others, used driver cleaner, did registry cleaning, used the same language pack, etc. I've tried to install it for around 5 times already, the setuperr.log has gotten shorter but it still fails to
