Windows 10: Cant do anything due to missing sechost.dll

Call me Flak, not my real name, and I have been having problems with my desktop pc, everytime I log in, my screen, on bot moniters, turns black with my curser intact, and I have been trying to fix this problem for a week now. Once I manage to get rid of the black screen, it'll come back if I allow my computer to go to sleep, I have a lot of pop-ups that open when you close one... all saying the same thing, 'file'.exe - System Error, the code execution cannot proceed because C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\sechost.dll was not found. Reinsalling the program may fix this problem. I tried that, by just downlo

One of the reasons that may cause the missing DLL error are the files that was deleted due to a recent change on your device. For us to identify the root cause, we'd like to ask a few questions:

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
