Windows 10: Cant downalod Windows 10 ISO File for my MAC

Hello Guys,I am having trouble downloading the Windows 10 ISO File for my Mac. I got an error message "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed.". Do you know anything that might help me? Thank you in advance !!

wont boot into ISO file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)
i was just curious
