Windows 10: Cant download 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5022836

When trying to download 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5022836 its just stays at 0 percent no matter how many hours i leave it there, i alredy tried with the windows update troubleshooter and time goes by and the troubleshooter just stays loading it can't even find the problem, i also alredy tried downloading it manually and yet it just sits and doesnt download after having it on the setup thing, Right now is been about 10 hours of waiting to it to download and stills on download 0 sometimes it just say "retry" and nothing more i've restarted my PC a

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

 

I can't install windows update: 2023-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022303) and (KB5022360)

The error is
