Windows 10: Can't download any Adobe products.

I can't download anything from adobe, it gives me the 87 error even when I restart, close everything, and every other thing you could think of. I have let them take control of my laptop for two hours only to get told Adobe can't figure out what is happening and it's on Microsoft's end. I'm on An Alienware laptop and they still couldn't get it to work. Anyone else have this problem and solved it?

  Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.

  Select any pdf file Extension.
  
• 
  Click on Change program.
  
• 
  Select Adobe Reader.
