Windows 10: Can't download anything from the store, error 0x803FB005

Brand new HP OMEN PC (15-DC1018CA). Everything works like a marvel... Excep the store. I want to download some apps and stuff from the store but everything gives me the error 0x803FB005. This is a brand new PC. I've tryied the WSRESTORE commande, the Reset button in the control pannel (and to say, the text is messed up), tryied also the powershell command. There is nothing to do, all download returns the error 0x803FB005.


I've found numerous post via Google but none of the solution helped. My store won't download things and there's nowhere else to download what I need.

Error 0x803FB005

Went through every step. Step 3 with the troubleshooter said there was no issue that could be identified. Step 5 with PowerShell said AppxManifest path does not exist. Step 8 I had previously completed before posting my question. Step 9 with the new user
gave absolutely no change to whether or not anything would install. I am still getting error 0x803FB005 but feedback hub apparently installed at some point during all the steps

 

Error 0x803FB005 in windows 10 store

My laptop came with an app Dolby Atmos for Gaming. I reinstalled windows and tried to reinstall the app and I got error 0x803FB005. Without this my I cant change the sound of the speakers. Please help me find a solution. I tried
resetting the store, tried installing updates manually but I cant figure out whats the problem.

 

I cant download in windows store, code: 0x803FB005

I buy a used laptop with Win 10 Pro, after that, I reset my laptop to default again. When I see my start menu, there is a Dolby Access icon that I can't click or use, when I see in App & Features there is no Dolby access app (not installed).

So, I want to download and install it, but when I want to do it there is an error with code: 0x803FB005. How to fix it? because I already reset the window store use WSReset but the result still not resolved yet.
