Windows 10: Can't download app from Microsoft store when connected to home wifi. Error

Good morning,I recently bought a used Asus laptop and I installed a fresh version of windows 11. Everithing is working alright but i found myself unable to install applications from the MS store while being connected to my home wifi. Funny thing is that while connected to a hotspot in this case my phone the download works just fine.I tried repeating the download from the browser version of MS store and it gave me the same result. I tried to disable Windows defender but to no avail and to change the preferred DNS to no avail. What could it be?

How is the PC connected to the Internet?

The issue might be occurring due to the corrupted app/system files and folders or might be due to some changes made to the app/system settings. Kindly check with the steps listed below and see if it works.

Method 1: Microsoft Store Reset.

By performing reset, it will clear out all the Store app cache for better performance of the application. To do that,

• Press Windows + R keys and type
  WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
  
• Reboot the machine once after executing the command.
  

Method 2: Enable IPV6.

If UWP (Universal Windows Platform) apps are not connected to the internet, check if the IPV6 is enabled. To do that,

• Press Windows + R keys and type
  ncpa.cpl and hit Enter.
  
• You will see your currently connected network profile,
  right click on it and select Properties.
  
• Select Networking tab and search for
  Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and put a checkmark.
  

Method 3: Using proxy to connect to the internet can throw off your internet connection. So, I suggest you to disable proxy by following the steps listed below:

• Open Settings from the Start menu and select
  Network & Internet.
  
• From the left pane, choose Proxy.
  
• Disable ‘Use a proxy server’ option from the right hand side and check if you are able to download the apps from Store.
  

If the above methods doesn’t help, navigate to the following location and delete the files and folders -

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
