    I am aged above 15 and in my settings I have down that I am above 15, but for some reason, cant install app rated 15+ how can I fix this? Are there specific windows app store settings that I need to fill in?

    So I just checked the store for FIFA 15 UT and it is available in my store (US). Not sure what to suggest other than to go to My Apps and try to download from there

    There may be a number of reasons for this type of issue to occur. Just to verify, are you referring to Photoshop Elements 15? Also, kindly provide answers to the following questions below for further assessment:

    • When did this issue start to occur?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
    • Is this only happening to this specific Photoshop app?
