Windows 10: Can't download chinese simplified languange pack in windows 11

i tried downloading chinese simplified languange pack but its always stuck, i tried restarting but its the same. It get stuck at 70% and doesnt finish downloading. Please help

Thanks so much for your response!



I went to “settings”,“time & language“,”region & language”,
“simplified Chinese”, “option”, then
“download language pack”.



It shows that “language pack available“ under the simplified Chinese option. But when I click
“download”, the processing bar disappears and it will show
“searching for language pack” if I go one step back and after a few seconds it shows the
“download” button again. It doesn’t really download when I hit
“download”. I’ve tried many times and restart the computer many times. Nothing helped.



It allows me to download the simplified Chinese keyboard and input method but not system language.



By the way, this is a brand new laptop I just bought last week. I really don’t know why. Please let me know what I should do to fix the problem.

Hello! I couldn't download the simplified Chinese language pack on Windows 10. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? I tried traditional Chinese LP and it's fine. Thanks!

 

Chinese Simplified Language Pack failed to install

both suggestion can't fix the issue. method 1 return no error; method 2 still got same error; in event system log I got below error:

event id 20 "Installation Failure: windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80246013: Chinese Simplified Language Pack - Windows Technical Preview for x64-based Systems - (KB3146014) [zh-CN_LP].

Also, when I installing and it shows bellows:

Downloading Chinese Simplified Language Pack - Windows Technical Preview for x64-based Systems - (KB3146014) [zh-CN_LP] (update 1 of 1)... :failed.

i'm not using any technical preview version so don't why show like that!
