Windows 10: can't download emails

Discus and support can't download emails in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; can't download emails . . . instead I ge this message .. they do occasionally download but randomly . . a second laptop on same network etc etc...     Can't download


    I can't download anything from internet or email attachments. Have Windows 10 installed by manufacturer (not upgrade). Seem to be using Microsoft edge and can't find explorer in my program list.

    email on windows 10 doesn't download

    I've tried the suggestions listed and I still can't download any email from 8//2 to 8/7. 8/2 was when my live email was installed so that is clearly the problem. Prior to this I had Windows 7 and LOVED IT.

    What's the problem?
