Windows 10: Cant download from Microsoft store. Code: 0x80070057

Hello! I have installed a Seagate Barracuda 2TB harddrive in my PC but now i cant download things to that specific harddrive. Everytime i try to download something to that harddrive via Microsoft store/xbox om Windows 10 i get a fault code: 0x80070057. I can download things to my other 2 discs but not my new 2TB HDD. And yes I can download things from f.ex steam or battlenet to my seagate without any problems, so the disc itself works fine. Pic of fault code keep in mind that this is in Swedish.

Error Code 0x80070057 in microsoft store

I recently just bought the new Microsoft Flight Simulator on microsoft store but every time i try downloading it, it starts downloading for a split second but then it just stops downloading and gives me the same error code over and over again, i dont know
what to do so i am asking for help here. The error code i keep getting is '' 0x80070057 '' It also tell me that '' Administrator approval is required for instilation. Minimum OS required ''

Please help me find a solution so i can download it

Try a clean startup:

Launch System Configuratiion (msconfig)

on the Services tab:

Hide all Microsoft servicesPress the [Disable all] button

on the Startup tab: Press Open Task Manager
Disable all items listed
Close Task Manager
Press [Ok] on the System Configuration window

Restart your machine
Try a manual Windows Update from Settings -> Update and Recovery (not Control Panel)

The issue might be HW related.

A few other suggested fixes were to run wsreset

This might have more affect (works on Win10, not just Win8.x)
Store - Re-register in Windows 8 and 8.1

Try all three and test an update.

 

Win 10 Store 0x80070057

I am trying to download apps like Messenger or Feedback Hub for example but Windows Store returns following message: "Try Again. An error occurred. The error code is 0x80070057, in case you need it.".
I have tried WSReset.exe, I have also tried adding a folder called "cache" in following location:

Which by the way worked, but didn't fix the problem when I ran the troubleshooter. The troubleshooter can't fix the problem, because it can't fix the problem automatically and returns "X Windows Store-cache may be damaged".
Is there any fix so that I can update apps and install new apps again?

And ofcourse a lot of youtube videos on how to solve the problem, but unfortunately nothing worked.

There is no output from today when I last tried to install in eventvwr.msc -> Apps and servicelogs -> Mircosoft -> Windows -> (AppxPackagingOM -> Microsoft-Windows-AppxPackaging/Operational or AppXDeployment-Server -> Microsoft-Windows-AppXDeploymentServer/Operational).
