    Can't download mobile apps from the appstore.


    I am attempting to download Audible to my computer but when I try it asks my permission to set up virtualization and when I accept it it opens a windows screen called "dism.exe" and then it just closes and the thing takes me back to the first step.

    Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.

    Iphone - blank screen in AppStore

    I am trying to download from the AppStore on my Iphone5S and I have a blank screen. I can get into the appstore to do updates, but the main screen is blank. None of the options work except "updates". Any suggestions for a fix for this are greatly appreciated.
