Windows 10: Can't download or update any app from the Microsoft Store

I noticed recently that my microsoft store is not able to either download or update an already installed app.I have been having Spotify for months on this computer fairly recently bought, Windows 11 version 22H2, 64x, RAM 8GB and free storage space of 200GB from initial 500GB, and recently I noticed that it has a never ended upload. Same goes for other already installed apps, like Microsoft 365 Office.I tried to install a new app as well, such as Whatsapp, Netflix, Amazon Prime, a game like Disney Magic Kingdoms... but they all start the installation and just remains at the 1% without any

Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

• Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
• Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
• Click Reset button and retest.
