I suggest you to follow the below steps for arranging the camera pictures in recent order and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+E” it will open file explorer.
• Go to “This PC” and click on “pictures folder”.
• Then click on “camera roll folder”.
• And right click on the empty space and select “sort by” option.
• Then select ascending option.

Success in resetting Store; that produced a download of the Windows camera, despite seeing error message again, download proceeded. Screen shows MS app for Windows camera and indicates downloaded. (Camera now listed in app list.) But when Launch was selected,
no action after screen with camera icon. Eventually message appeared " something went wrong: here is message code if needed: 0x400F4271>MediaCaptureFailedEvent>0xC00D3704. We seem to be moving ahead a step at a time. Next suggestion?

Method 1: Set the Pictures folder to default path.

• Locate the Pictures folder, right-click it and choose
  Properties.
• Now go to the Location tab and click the Restore Default button.
• Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Method 2: Add the picture folders to an archive.

• Connect your camera to the PC.
• Access the camera using the File Explorer and locate the pictures folder.
• Right-click the folder and choose Add to archive option.
• After you create an archive, move it to your PC and extract the pictures.
