Windows 10: Can't download previously purchased apps from the Microsoft Store

Good day,I've being trying to setup back up my device for about three days now to varying degrees of success. All that's really left now is to re-download my apps from the Microsoft store and set them up but this is proving to be more difficult than I imagine. All free apps seem to download and install just fine, so it isn't an issue with the store itself. It only seems limit to paid apps that I previously purchased & apps the are free to download but offer in-app purchases, so to be clear, this is NOT an issue with the Microsoft store not being able to download or update apps in general.

Hi,

In Windows 8, I could easily go into my account in the Windows Store (apps) and see a listing of all of the apps that I ever purchased & downloaded or the free ones that I downloaded. That was very helpful when I had to reformat my hard drive.

I went looking for that list today. I have Windows 10. Getting to "my account" in the Windows Store was really difficult because it seems to be essentially hidden. Anyway, the only the apps that I purchased were listed. That's helpful, but I need the listing
of free apps that I've downloaded, because there are way more free apps that I own, vs. purchased ones. After trying for an hour, I could not find the list of the free apps I had previously downloaded. It would be great to have access to this listing again.

How do I find this list in Windows 10?

Newly purchased Microsoft Store app will not install, previously purchased apps won't run

I just purchased a new app from the Microsoft Store and it won't install. The icon just spins and it doesn't respond to trying to cancel the download. An available update does the same thing on the Library screen. Two previously purchased items from the Store also will not launch. I have tried Repairing and Resetting one of the previously purchased apps and it doesn't help. Everything else on the computer runs fine. I have run the Microsoft Store Troubleshooter and it mentions something about the Temp files moving, but it cannot fix it on its own. I have not made any system changes to my knowledge. This is running on a Windows 11 desktop PC. Please advise how to try and fix this.
