Windows 10: Cant download the any files or images from whastapp beta or whatsapp

I have a brand new laptop, and have downloaded Whatsapp for desktop, it's the app I use the most for communication. It's not opening any images or playing any voicenotes. Any time I try to download an image or play a newly sent voice note, I get the message "Couldn't download image/voicenote. Try again. If the problem keeps happening, try turning off wi-fi or vpn, or connecting to a different Wi-Fi network"I don't have a VPN, whatsapp desktop is working properly on all the other laptops in the house, I tried using my phone as a hotspot, resetting the router, reinstalling the whatsapp app from

WhatsApp Beta muting calls

I understand that WhatsApps beta mutes calls;

Initially I recommend you to uninstall WhatsApp beta and install WhatsApp final version:

Check app permissions;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps and Features;

Locate WhatsApp in the list and click on the three dots on the right to access Advanced Options;

Under App Permissions, enable Microphone and Background Apps;

Check if the problem still persists;

Whatsapp on Nokia X ???

Please follow the steps properly your problem will be solved

1.Download my app "Whatsapp Launcher for Nokia x" from Nokia store.

• Download Latest version of Whatsapp from
  
  http://www.whatsapp.com/android/

• Install Whatsapp you downloaded in step 1 , Complete your Whatsapp login as there will be no error until you login

4. After login complete your Whatsapp will start to show error "DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED"



5. Open app "Whatsapp Launcher for Nokia x" and there will be no error to open Whatsapp have fun.
