Windows 10: Can't Download the Media Feature Pack

I have mfplat.dll missing so I searched it and It showed that I have to download media feature pack but, I am not able to download the media feature pack. I tried downloading it from Settings>Apps>Apps and Features>Optional Features>Add a Feature but I doesn't show any option. I also tried downloading it from the web through this site - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack but it every time shows that "this is not applicable for your computer". I have Windows Pro Education N 64x bit version.

When I follow these steps Media Features are not listed, despite having downloaded and installed the Windows Media Feature Pack! Please help! Can't install GTA: V! Aaaargh!

I seem to be running into similair issues. After the update, features reliant on the Media Pack stopped functioning correctly, so I reinstalled the pack, which did not have any effect. After following your steps, I noticed that the Media Feature Pack was
not even listed as a feature on my PC. Further help would be highly appreciated!
