Windows 10: Cant download thinkorswim software

When running Think or Swim software.exe 64 bit, the install takes me through the prompts and gets to a license agreement to review before continuing however the window is too small. I am unable to make the window larger or scroll down at all. Ive tried changing the resolution and display size and re running the .exe with no change. Any idea on how to fix this or does the problem lye in the download .exe??

Dell Inspiring 15 7000 Gaming Laptop will not run Traders Platform Thinkorswim.

The laptop has no problems running Traders platform IQ Options as well as other apps.

The Thinkorswim app run without complication on an older Dell laptop. Why won't thinkorswim run?

Thinkorswim support adviced to change a security software block. Add app to the allowed programmes/exclusions list which has made no difference. The allop will not operate.

What settings are denying the app to run. installation is complete we cannot get it to run.

It's probably a problem of you Anti-Virus blocking the ThinkorSwim client software.

You should be able to create an exception in your AV, or ...

If you are using Windows Defender install a third party AV such as Avast, and turn off/disable Defender

(should happen automatically after install third party AV).

If you are using a third party AV, disable or uninstall that and try using Defender.

Over time AV's usually come good with things they get wrong in a future virus definition update.

Yes the website stated under requirement windows 10. Other users using windows 10 can operate or run with no complications. ThinkorSwim states this is a securiry related problem and should get in contact with microsoft for windows assistance.
